South Africa, Cape Town: presentation "AHAVA: Boycotting Israel's Occupation" 29.9.10

Join Open Shuhada Street and the UCT Palestine Solidarity Forum for a lunchtime presentation by Daniel Mackintosh and Doron Isaacs, chaired by Nabeelah Martin.

Daniel Mackintosh will begin by describing how Israel pursues a policy of separation in the West Bank, using OSS' namesake, Shuhada Street in Hebron / Al Halil as an example. Doron Isaacs will then explain why boycotting Ahava products, which are produced in the West Bank, is an important act of solidarity with Israelis and Palestinians working together using non-violent means to end the Occupation.
