Well this is how it works,
You open an account, It's Free
then you start a page.
You have to use verifiable references, & close to the truth..as much as it's possible.Even though the pages, are constructed by the public. Wikepedia's administration review them,
and it erases what's wrong.
Now, with pages that are already made, like the case of Jerusalem
there are discussion boards
there are posts, where people can comment, where you can put your references to contradict the wrong infos
